Gathering genealogy information from different family members and relatives can be a challenging task for anyone building a family tree. The problem is that every family data sheet that we've seen requests way too much data, is too complicated, and is often hard to understand.  As a result they are usually set aside by the recipient because of the perceived amount of time required to complete the form.  We experienced this problem ourselves, so we designed our own family group sheet and ancestral data sheet that are user friendly and get results fast!

Our free family data sheet is colorful, easy to understand and complete, and doesn't request too much data all at once. We also eliminated all references to baptism, military service, religious affiliation and divorce.  By keeping requests to our own relatives simple, we were able to acquire more data, more quickly.  Once you get other relatives involved and interested in your genealogy project, it is always much easier to go back to them for additional information later.
