Ordering Your Printed Genealogy Chart

When you're ready to send us your genealogy data to have your family tree chart printed, there are two simple ways to order.

1. Simply e-mail us your genealogy data file along with a description of what type of chart you've designed and what you'd like printed. Refer to the chart on submitting your order to determine what file to send us. And, please refer to the items on our order form so you'll know the type of information we need from you. You don't need to send us the order from as long as you include the important information in your email to us. Of particular importance is letting us know the date format to use. If your genealogy file is too large (over 10 MB for many email programs) to send as an e-mail attachment, you can send us your file up to 2 GB in size using our upload account at Hightail - You Send It (now known as Hightail.com). We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, and we will get your credit card information over the phone.

2. If you prefer to place your order by mail instead of online, print and fill in our order form which follows, and mail it to us along with your genealogy file on a disk or CD. Our genealogy chart order form is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format and can be printed now or saved to disk for later printing. If you're sending us your genealogy file online, you can skip this step. Just include the important information which you see on the order form in an email to us.

If you're unable to print Adobe Acrobat PDF files correctly, please call us at 630-653-8400 or e-mail us at sales@ancestryprinting.com and we'll be glad to fax or mail you a copy if necessary. And, if you haven't already done so please watch the video about our services.

International callers can also Skype us if preferred; however, we ask that you email us to set up a convenient time for a Skype to Skype call.  We are located in the central time zone of the U.S. (GMT/UTC-6 and -5 in the summer), and can make arrangements for incoming Skype to Skype calls up to around 10:00 PM local time on most nights. We only accept Skype to Skype calls that have been pre-arranged by email.
